Pricing & payment
How much does a phone repair cost?
iPhone screen repairs start at £29, iPad screens from £49, iPhone batteries from £39 and charging ports from £39. Full per-model pricing is on our prices page. Every price includes the part, fitting and 12 Month Warranty.
Do you charge for quotes or diagnostics?
No. There are no diagnostic charges and no hidden fees. If you tell us the device and the fault, we'll give you an exact all-in price before you commit.
Are your prices final, or are there extras added on?
The price you're quoted is the price you pay. It already includes the new part, the labour and the 12 Month Warranty. No VAT surprises, no "fitting fee", no extras.
Repair process & timing
How long does a repair take?
Most iPhone, iPad and Samsung screen repairs are done in 30–45 minutes while you wait. Battery and charging port repairs are similar. Console repairs (HDMI port, microsoldering work) typically take 1–3 days as they require more bench time.
Will I lose my data during a repair?
No — screen, battery and charging port repairs don't touch your data. Your photos, apps and settings stay exactly as they were. We always recommend a backup first as good practice, but it's not required for standard repairs.
What if my phone or tablet can't be repaired?
If we discover the device isn't economical to repair or the fault is beyond repair, we'll tell you straight away with no obligation. We'll always explain the options before any work goes ahead.
Warranty & parts
What does your 12 Month Warranty cover?
Our 12 Month Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the part we fitted and the workmanship of the repair. If a replaced part fails under normal use within 12 months, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
What isn't covered by the warranty?
The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage after the repair (new cracks, drops, liquid damage) or faults in parts of the device we didn't work on. It also doesn't cover damage caused by third-party tampering after our repair.
Do you use genuine parts?
For Samsung we use genuine Samsung service pack parts. For iPhone and iPad we use a mix of genuine and high-quality premium aftermarket parts depending on the model and what gives the best long-term result. We'll always tell you what's being fitted before the repair.
Will Face ID or Touch ID still work after a screen replacement?
Yes — we transfer the original Face ID and Touch ID components from your old screen onto the new one, so all biometric features keep working as before.
What we repair
Which brands and devices do you repair?
iPhone (every model from iPhone 5 to the latest Pro Max), iPad (Mini, Air, Pro and standard), Samsung Galaxy S/Note/A/Z series, Huawei phones, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch. If your device isn't listed, just ask — we cover most makes and models.
Do you repair water-damaged phones?
Yes. Liquid damage repair is board-level work — we open the device, clean the logic board, replace any corroded components and test thoroughly. Success depends on how much damage has already happened, so we'll assess and give you an honest answer before any work starts.
What is microsoldering and when would I need it?
Microsoldering is component-level repair on the device's logic board — replacing tiny chips, fixing broken HDMI ports on PlayStations and Xboxes, or repairing a board that won't power on. It's the kind of work most repair shops turn away. If another shop has told you the device is a write-off, it's worth getting a second opinion from us.
