12 Month Warranty on every repair
We use premium-quality parts and stand behind our workmanship — so every repair is covered for a full year.
What's covered
Our 12 Month Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the replacement part and any workmanship issues from the repair itself. If a screen develops dead pixels, a battery fails prematurely, or a charging port we fitted stops working — we'll replace the part at no charge.
What's not covered
The warranty doesn't cover anything caused after the repair — specifically:
- Physical damage — cracks, dents, drops or impact damage
- Liquid damage — water, sweat, or any other moisture
- Subsequent work or repairs carried out elsewhere
- Software issues unrelated to the original repair
- Data loss during or after the repair
- Non-uniform breakages (e.g. a corner crack from a drop)
How to claim
If something goes wrong, just get in touch and bring your device back with the original receipt. We'll inspect it, and if the issue is covered we'll repair it free of charge. The warranty is non-transferable — it covers the original customer only.
A note on manufacturing defects: these are rare. Manufacturing faults in screens usually present as uniform issues (a single hairline crack, dead pixels in a clean line) rather than the impact-style damage you'd see from a drop. We'll always inspect honestly and fairly.
