Knowing the exact model means we can quote you accurately and have the right parts ready when you arrive.
From your device
On iPhone or iPad:
- Open Settings
- Tap General
- Tap About
- Look for Model Name
From the back of the device
Look for the small model number on the back, e.g. A2484. Use Apple's
model identifier guide
to look it up.
